ABOUT:
Post-LA19SCBWI-Palooza
Did you attend the National Conference in August (or perhaps wish you had)? Here’s a chance to come discuss what you learned, as well as help devise an action plan for your next steps.

Whether it’s your first time or your fifteenth, the SCBWI LA Conference can be a bit overwhelming and exhausting. By now you have hopefully rested, reviewed your notes, and taken a few stabs at what to do next.

Maybe there are a few questions dancing around in your head: Is it time to query? Do you need to edit and revise? Maybe join or start a critique group? How do you follow up with all the people you met? Is adding them on social media enough?

This meeting has no set agenda. It is more a chance to share your experience and ask questions. We hope it will give you the boost you need to keep going and get back to work. Everyone is welcome to join us, even if you didn’t attend the conference last month.

Light snacks will be served. Please RSVP so we can save you a seat.
