ABOUT:
Secrets of Story Structure…

“Writing nonfiction is more like sculpture, a matter of shaping the research into the finished thing.” ― Joan Didion

We’ve explored Lisa Cron’s approach to creating a story through emotion and Blake Snyder’s approach to creating a story based on expected/reliable story beats. Then we combined the two with author K.M. Weiland’s approach to outlining.

NOW, that we have studied how to gather all the important pieces, it’s time to figure out how to put them all together. Please join us as we discuss another book by K.M. Weiland, “5 Secrets of Story Structure.” We will cover the foundational elements that will help build your idea into a stronger more amazing story.
