Two Intensive Workshops on Digital Art Techniques
Registration for this event is closed.
9:00am – 12:00pm: Procreate
1:00pm – 3:00pm: Photoshop
Sign up for one or both workshops and improve your digital skills with Digital Arts Professor Laura-Susan Thomas.
Learn the tools, special techniques (fur! lighting!), and a workflow process for each of these applications from experienced digital artist and instructor, Laura-Susan Thomas. Files will be provided ahead of time to use during the workshop, but more advanced students may bring their own files to use for technique practice. Procreate and Photoshop each have their own look and feel, so the demo files provided will be similar, to illustrate how your work may differ slightly between these programs. There will be plenty of time for Q & A and a handout provided at the end of the session.
These interactive workshops are geared toward artists with intermediate experience, but beginners are welcome.
Recordings will be available to the attendees of each workshop for review for a limited time afterwards.
Pricing:
Procreate Workshop: $25 (Sold out)
Photoshop Workshop: $25

“Digital arts is a passion alongside my traditional work. When it comes to art and life in general, I try to see the joy, the color, play and embrace the kid in myself. In my painting and fine art. I LOVE experimenting with color. My philosophy is, paint the world the way you want to see it! Turquoise shadows and all. I am not shy about bright colors and characters and prefer creatures and fantastical beasts. Growing up as a nerdy girl, I am still in love with comic arts, whimsy and sci-fi.”

There will be no refunds for this event.
